Manufacturing to controlled quality standards
FPS manufacturing ensures a high level of flexibility thanks to the use of various machining technologies. For example, the company can turn, mill and drill workpieces weighing up to three tonnes. The range of motion of the machines reaches up to 1800, 2000 and 1100 mm in the X, Y and Z axes, respectively.
With over 3000 precision tools, FPS manufactures components in a variety of shapes and qualities, and can quickly make these products available for prototyping.
FPS carries out quality control under standardized climatic conditions, which makes it possible to maintain tolerances of up to 2 µm even for large components, with precision documented in each stage of the production process.
